As the start of the 10th U19 Men’s World Championship is approaching, it is getting busier at the Zagreb airport “Dr. Franjo Tudman”. In addition to the first teams that have already arrived in Croatia, such as Morocco, Egypt, and the United States of America, the others will come during the next three days. The delegation of the World Handball Federation led by the general director Amal Khalifa arrived in Zagreb today.
Anita Sikic, project manager and Croatian Handball Federation marketing director assistant welcomed the distinguished guest at the Zagreb airport in the early afternoon. On the flight from Zurich with general director Amal Khalifa, the entire IHF office, as well as the part of delegates, referees, and all those who will take care of the competition in four Croatian cities, arrived.
Croatian Handball Federation marketing director Silvijo Njiric also welcomed the guests and wished them a pleasant stay in Croatia.
